**CIM Network Engineer and Site Champion**
As the Critical Infrastructure Management (CIM) Network Engineer and Site Champion, you will deliver site-specific and globally driven networking services within the GMS/GQ scope. You will operate as a trusted site partner and global resource, serving as the networking SPOC for CIM topics at the Bray and Grange Castle manufacturing sites, and help ensure CIM services meet business needs, standards, and service quality expectations.
**How you will contribute:**
+ Operate CIM network infrastructure at GMS/GQ sites according to defined standards, procedures, and maintenance windows.
+ Serve as the site-facing networking SPOC for CIM topics and partner with the Site DD&T Lead and local stakeholders.
+ Represent CIM Networking at site and region level and coordinate with local teams and global service organizations for standards and deliveries.
+ Translate site business requirements into CIM networking services and support integration of shopfloor systems into the existing environment.
+ Ensure local network service delivery, including continuous monitoring, continuous improvement, and site adherence to CIM processes and policies.
+ Manage incident, change, and problem management for networking at site level and collaborate with other CIM chapters as needed.
+ Hold internal and external service providers accountable within service operations processes and maintain network asset and inventory documentation in CMDB and monitoring tools aligned with the global team.
In this position you will report to the Head of Manufacturing Critical Infrastructure Management – Networking or the relevant category lead.
**What you bring to Takeda:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of networking experience, including OT environments.
+ Proven knowledge of networks in OT production or laboratory environments and knowledge of Industrial Control Systems.
+ IT/OT service delivery experience for Manufacturing or Laboratory environments.
+ Background in IT Service Management and Service Delivery including incident, change, and problem processes.
+ Understanding of network segmentation, remote access, and network security concepts; able to support OT firewall requests.
+ Fluent in English both spoken and written.
