About the Team:
Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction, Identify the issues, Maintaining the supply chain, improve the product quality, Sustainability & etc.
 

What you can look forward to as CIC Engineer (m/f/d):
    Track performance of CIC lead time and propose improvement actions
    Lead the Field Investigation Center team and provide prioritization  
    Cooperate with Field Claims (Expert) Engineers and FCM Leaders (PL) for deployment of new test instruction, and update of PQI information 
    Assess and plan period re-calibration and special maintenance actions of CIC equipment 
    Lead Claims Investigation Centre(s) focusing on process improvement to enhance lead time (less than 10 working days to find root cause) for early investigation 
    Develop custom modification to existing test benches for meeting new testing requirements 
    Drive warranty cost management within region and related cost reduction projects 
    Contribute to FCM organization, functional excellence and process standardization / improvement 
    implementation of FCM processes, standardization etc. within the region 
    Manage FCM organization and permanently drive to best possible results and improvement activities to optimize KPI in the region and drive Lessons Learned process 
    Improve the Systemize early factor tree analysis using QR6S or advanced quality tools and methodology in problem resolution process (Contribute to Continuous improvement) 
    Ensure corrective action implementation and effectiveness within Region 
    Ratio of Field Claims decided at pre-analysis level 
    NFF Ratio 

Your profile as CIC Engineer (m/f/d):
    Engineering Degree or technical background with 6-8 years of automotive customer quality experience
    Experience in Root cause analysis tools (8D, FTA, QR6S) 
    Experience in managing warranty handling in similar industry 
    Experience in customer relationship 
    Six Sigma certification is an asset 
    Basic knowledge about SAP, PLM, Ms Office, eQuality is an asset
    Lead time for investigation and corrective actions  
    Recurring Warranty costs as % of sales 
    Field Claims Closure rate within customer requirements
