Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Technical Consultant: Blue Team Operations, you will provide cross-disciplinary and cross-platform leadership of MSS service operations to achieve the client's security objectives and optimal technical outcomes. You will serve as a highly specialized extension of the client's security program to optimize the full spectrum of MSS service capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Manage and support Security Operations Center (SOC) activities across multidisciplinary teams, including monitoring, investigation, incident response, vulnerability management, and security engineering. * Define, track, and analyze continuous improvement metrics such as MTTD, MTTI, MTTR, and other operational KPIs. * Design and maintain technical, tactical, and executive dashboards, presenting insights to diverse audiences. * Communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels, translating operational data into actionable insights. * Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within SOC operations. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SOC activities with organizational security objectives. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 2+ years of experience in SOC or similar cybersecurity operations roles. * Proven experience managing or supporting SOC operations with multidisciplinary security teams. * Strong experience defining and reporting SOC metrics and KPIs (MTTD, MTTI, MTTR, etc.). * Experience creating and presenting dashboards and operational reports for technical, tactical, and executive audiences. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and executive. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken. * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Demonstrated experience in project management. * Experience leading or supporting other security domains, such as infrastructure security or cloud security. * Professional certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or Agile-related certifications.
