CIB Markets PMO - Senior Business Execution Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to help provide oversight of the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Markets change portfolio.

In this role, you will:

Partner with cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateProvide governance oversight of Markets change-the-bank portfolioSupport new work intake, prioritization, and annual investment planning processesAnalyze front-to-back technology capacity to changing strategic prioritiesCreate executive reporting for various forums and requirementsHelp define and enforce portfolio management standards and proceduresAssist with designing and implementing future state tooling and processesPerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience working within Capital Markets or financial servicesExperience consulting with internal clients and business Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiativesStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and data management skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslySelf-starter, ability to work independently and deploy problem solving skills to drive outcomesCollaborative partner with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skillsStrong budgeting and forecasting skillsExperience presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization including senior leadershipPower BI experienceAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Job Expectations:

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Charlotte, NC:  $87K - $140K

New York, NY:  $104K - $168K

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
