Main responsibilities

Deliver collections management services to SBS

Review AR ageing reports

Perform collection & dunning

Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process

Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility

Perform daily task of blocked order release

About you

Experience

Ongoing university studies (active student status) preferably in the field of finance

Min. 25 -hour availability/week

Hard and Soft Skills

Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally

Good communication skills

Attentive to customer needs and feedback

Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines

Attentive to detail and work with precision

Action oriented, delivery driven

Education:

Ongoing university studies (active student status)

Min. 30 -hour availability/week

Languages

Fluent Greek language skills are essential for this position

Intermediate English is a must, other skills are an advantage
