CI Specialist
Job Description

Principle Accountabilities:
• Continuous Development Projects to feed the productivity deck
• Generate cost reduction opportunities/direct the engineering activities along with manufacturing to initiate/implement process improvement to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate major initiatives across the supply chain to insure optimum cost. This coordination will include, but not be limited to, purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, R&D, packaging and engineering.
• Implement and train MO Lean and Six Sigma processes to factory location personnel.
• Assist and partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma / Lean), including leading change initiatives, planning, and facilitation.
• Participate in the QRMP yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions
• Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list

• The ability to overcome the inevitable problems and obstacles that surface to meet project timelines and cost initiatives.
• The creativeness not to be bound by past solutions and to think outside the box in order to drive productivity throughout the organization.
• The ability to communicate and deal with a range of responsibilities is critical while managing multiple tasks.
• Presentation Skills

• Mentoring & coaching skills
• Minitab 14 proficient
• Visio Proficient
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Working knowledge of business principles and practices.
• Three years’ operations experience including manufacturing.
• Green Belt Certification preferred.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 – $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
