Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical field preferred Background in manufacturing leadership, industrial/mechanical/materials engineering, production control, or quality are strongly preferred. Formal training or working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen-Rapid Improvement ProcessesExperience & Skills & Background:
Seven to ten years’ experience in managing environmental, lean related or production related position Both reading and written English skill are needed Computer skill is needed Thoroughly experienced in continue improvement area or lean area. Must have excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple, diverse work assignments with minimal direction and supervision. Both reading and written English skill are needed Computer skill is needed (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PPT) Good team work.Physical Request:

Work Environment:

Main Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement Project Leadership Lead cross-functional Continuous Improvement (CIP/Kaizen) projects from opportunity identification, planning, execution, to result validation. Establish and maintain the plant’s CIP governance and tracking system, ensuring measurable cost, efficiency, and quality improvements. Promote a proactive improvement culture across departments. Capacity and Efficiency Improvement Analyze bottleneck processes and OEE data to identify capacity gaps and develop improvement actions. Drive initiatives in standard work, line balancing, and automation to enhance productivity and throughput. Lean System Deployment Deploy Lean tools and systems such as 5S, Gemba, Visual Management, Layout optimization, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Facilitate teams to identify waste (Muda) and redesign processes to improve flow and reduce lead time. Training and Capability Building Develop and implement Lean/CI training plans to build employee capabilities in problem-solving, standardization, and improvement. Provide on-the-job coaching at Gemba to supervisors and engineers to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset. Culture and KPI Management Build an improvement culture through employee engagement, recognition, and Kaizen suggestion programs. Maintain visual management boards and regularly track CI performance indicators such as OEE improvement, cost savings, and project completion rates. Layout Optimization and New Line Planning Participate in new process and line layout design to ensure efficient flow of materials, manpower, and information. Optimize space utilization and support automation or capacity expansion projects.Other Duties and Responsibilities:
