Mission:
To support workshop to increase operational performance in a safe and sustainable wayRoles & Responsibilities:
To engage line/process/workshop in all phases of improvement efforts (including Value Steam Mapping, DMAIC projects, Line balancing, creating standard work) To identify bottlenecks, define and implement action plan to address them or escalates when appropriate To assess new working method in term of productivity, quality or cost To define, implement and audit CI procedures in coordination with the workshop owner To create and update workshop capacity and loading file To coach, train and develop improvement ideas with team members and other plant. Work closely with operations management and Human Resources to define relevant training and performance criteria for workers To maintain appropriate project documentation and communication covering project cost, quality, timeline and deliverables To comply with the company procedures, policies, standard as well as relevant ISO certification (9001, 13485, 14001, 45001) To perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor’ s Degree in any related field Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, continuous improvement, process improvement in manufacturing environment with exposure to Automation / Digitalization Proficient in operations and maintenance of production processes, strong abilities to understand and explain scientific and engineering principles of production processes Proficient in the use of improvement methodologies such as Lean techniques, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Data Analysis and TPM Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and exposure/experience in MS Power Apps, Auto CAD. Good project management methodologies Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, open-mined. Good English Skill both written and spoken
