Top candidates will be asked to complete a new-hire screening which includes a panel interview, timed physical fitness test, and use of force scenario test. Finalists must successfully pass a background check and suitability assessment. All together this constitutes a 16-week hiring process. If selected, employment with Church Security would begin January 26, 2026.

Continued employment is contingent on successful completion of a six-week basic training course, which includes defensive tactics, OC spray, baton, firearms, and written tests.

Yearly salary range is $57,600 to $67,800. For the upper end of this range, candidates must have significant education and experience.
