Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing department supporting the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chronic RN

Location: Lafayette, IN

Pay Range: Starting at an hourly of $49.00 

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy. Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment. Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans. Participate in staff training and orientation of new team members.

What's Needed?

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current appropriate state licensure and CPR BLS Certification. Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience in chronic hemodialysis is required. Ability to perform essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor.
