Position Highlights:
Team Composition: 23 providers. A collaborative mix of FM, Med-Peds and APCS. With a robust support staff of nurses, MA’s, clinical pharmacist, social workers, behavioral health specialists and front office staff!Patient Demographics: All agesPatient volume: 12-16 patients on averageVirtual Flexibility: Opportunity for one virtual day per week.Call Schedule: 1:12. Aprox 4 weeks per year.Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available.Patient Focus: With our inboxologist and new DAX/Co-pilot scribe system, you can devote more focus on patients vs your inbox and note taking on laptopProximity: Close to ChristianaCare’s main hospital campus in Newark, DE.Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.Utilize onsite case management for chronic disease and virtual behavioral health consultant.Participate in clinical collaboration and onsite group consultations.Why ChristianaCare MAP2 Practice?
