**Description:**
+ Assist in coordinating all operational procedures related to dish preparation in the Chinese kitchen, including arranging ingredients and quantities and coordinating kitchen operations.
+ Prepare side dishes and sauces according to company procedures and instructions.
+ Maintain cleanliness in the work area, ensuring that materials, utensils, and tools are properly cleaned after use.
+ Coordinate the timing of dish preparation across different sections of the Chinese kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
+ Adhere to the hotel's health and safety guidelines.
+ Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary.
**Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety management systems (HACCP)
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on culinary excellence
+ Able to work independently
+ Familiarity with kitchen operations
+ Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast paced environment
+ Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in hotel industry with similar positions
