ABOUT THE ROLE
Perform and improve tasks to convert raw material into next step material with full safety and quality awareness. Provides suggestions and uses the communication tools provided via team boards to improve the condition on the line and the performance. Is sensitive for GMP and eager to learn about "operator asset care".
KEY RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE
Perform the tasks described according the plan Inform shift supervisor and control deviations. Is aware of the LINE STOP principle. Assure a clean, safe, disciplined, ordered work environment Participate in improvements project Share ideas and improvements Team worker on process, product and safety to achieve top quality and quantity Support “operator asset care”. Assist the maintenance, process engineer and other employees in their tasks Communicate key information during shift handovers using 24H TB and other communication tools. Validate operators in line with requirements of the job and local rules, actively manage performance Collect raw materials and ingredients Ensure the availability of equipment (working order of machines), work materials and packaging Carry out the various weighings of raw materials and ingredients Control and monitor chocolate production parameters according to policy. Ensure the quality of manufactured products (compliance with production standards based on customer specifications monitoring of lab control results and target achievements) Conduct liquid chocolate production operations Carry out quality changes according to current procedures Clean the work station and equipment Report all observations and remarks to the production manager by using POKA Confirm the OF (Manufacturing Order with all specifications) on the SAP software Carry out the handover (activity update) with the previous shift member when taking over to resolve any issues Complete production monitoring tables in accordance with defined standards
ABOUT THE ROLE
Education : BAC+2 or Vocational training in the food industry Experience : 2-5 years in Food industry Local language : working knowledge Knowledge or specific business understanding Asset, communication tools, quality, process Eagerness to learn and improve tasks. Team player. Others knowledges: Office tools (Word et Excel) Be able to master the chocolate specification Master the work procedures according to the workshops Master the operation of factory equipment Work with others departments Be aware about safety and quality requirements Good skills for communication Exhibiton, through collaboration with regional teams Strong organization Be flexible
