Responsibilities:

Products Research and Product development

Lead and support the entire product development process by turning consumer needs into innovative and market-ready designs. Identify technical and market opportunities and gaps, define clear product requirements, and validate solutions from both technical and business perspectives. Work closely with teams from design to manufacturing to ensure smooth collaboration and successful product launch. Drive innovation by incorporating consumer preferences and managing production system standards to create products that meet market demands.

Process Development Intern

lead the research and modeling of particle dissolution mechanisms by integrating physical chemistry and process conditions to develop and standardize measurement methods and predictive models. Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to translate scientific insights into scalable process and formulation solutions.

Electronic Engineering Intern

Assist in circuit module and system design for personal care products, support feasibility analysis, schematic and layout design, and design verification. Participate in debugging and problem-solving during product development and trial production. Analyze grooming product test requirements, develop and optimize automated test scripts using Python or RTOS. Set up test environments, collect and organize test data, conduct competitive analysis and benchmark testing. Assist the project manager in communicating technical requirements and coordinating daily affairs with suppliers, support vendor management and project milestone tracking, and help resolve technical issues to ensure on-time project delivery.

Data Science Intern

Leverage various data sources such as video, image and text data, generative AI and deep learning algorithms and beyond. Partner with multiple functional teams to generate insight and practical recommendation from data for R&D innovation.

Data Engineer Intern

Define conceptual/logical data model and data architecture and strategy to meet agreed to business requirements of high resolution images. Partner with IT to define data storage solution and access. Scope includes acquiring, cleaning, formatting and structuring data to enable data analysis. Define the business work process to ensure data standards are met and ensure ongoing data quality, security and governance.

Demo Co-Creation Intern

End-to-end Digital Demo Video Creation, including demo idea creation, demo protocol development and iteration, creative content design, filming, and post-production of product demo short videos. Second, short videos that convey the superiority of the products and technologies, attracting attention and driving purchases in online and offline sales channels. 

Requirement:
