We target to recruit summer interns for the following function:

One Brand Function (BRM/CMK): 

You will take full responsibility for your brand's performance, striving to make it a \"love-mark\" for consumers. You will drive brand growth through multi-channel strategies, ensuring your brand remains competitive in the market.

In this role, you will need to deeply understand consumer behavior and market dynamics to identify key insights that lead to the creation of new initiatives. You will develop comprehensive growth marketing campaigns, establish brand architecture, design integrated communication strategies, and drive execution excellence to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, R&D, IT, and external partners, to create superior products and packaging, effective communication strategies, and efficient market execution that delivers value for both consumers and customers.
