Responsibilities:

Products Research and Product Development

Lead and support the entire product development process by turning consumer needs into innovative and market-ready designs. Identify technical and market opportunities and gaps, define clear product requirements, and validate solutions from both technical and business perspectives. Work closely with teams from design to manufacturing to ensure smooth collaboration and successful product launch. Drive innovation by incorporating consumer preferences and managing production system standards to create products that meet market demands.

Requirement:

Prefer in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Physics, Materials, Mathematic, Data science, Statistics, Computational Chemistry, Psychology etc.Good oral and written English communication skills, digital literacy is preferredStrong Leadership Skills to lead in envisioning the future of your business, to engage/ enable/energize the multi-functional team and implement plans with perfectionStrong problem solving with technical mastery and innovative solutionsPassion &Persistent, fast learner
