China Sales Operation Specialist

The Role

As Sales Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Leader in delivering and executing Sales Operations priorities in China.

In enabling our One WTW Client model, the Sales Operations team acts as key catalysts for sales
enablement and focuses on the following pillars:

Providing data to help you set the best strategy for your business and tracking progress Ensuring global standards are being applied – Account Planning, Client Satisfaction, Clients-at-Risk Campaigns and leads management, One WTW Opportunities Providing sales training

The primary responsibility of the specialist is to support the Sales Operations Leader in enabling and optimizing the sales operations processes.

We are looking for a responsible individual who enjoys planning and executing processes, is comfortable working with various stakeholders and is motivated by a fast-paced environment:

•    Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
•    Project management – enjoys project-focused work, company analysis, building rounded skillset including presentation skills, data analysis, writing ppt packs/structuring a coherent story, research, fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities, a great opportunity to learn quickly
•    Time management – the ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively 
•    Attention to detail – the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
•    Adaptability – quickly adapt to different challenges 
•    Proactivity – identifying opportunities and acting on them; showing initiative, taking action, and persevering until they bring about meaningful change.
•    Experience in using CRM systems and dashboards would be a plus
•    Interpersonal skills – connecting with colleagues from all lines of business and different functions
•    Communication – good communicator who is well-versed in stakeholder management
