Now Hiring: Preschool Teacher (Bilingual English/Mandarin Preferred)

As a Teacher, you’ll:

Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers including opportunities to introduce and reinforce both English and Mandarin language development.

Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class, supporting a culturally inclusive and language-rich environment.

Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, while ensuring all licensing guidelines and company standards are met.

Communicate! Build strong, trusting relationships with enrolled and prospective families**including Mandarin-speaking families**to support each child’s success and strengthen your center’s community.

What We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates who are:

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (strongly preferred) to support language immersion and communication with diverse families Passionate about early childhood education and creating inclusive, engaging classrooms Experienced in leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans Able to meet state and company childcare requirements Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children

Compensation and Benefits: 

Compensation range of $20.61-$21.41 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees Monday-Friday work week
