Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work. Communicate appropriate options for resolution promptly. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and production. Must be familiar with telephone systems and window-based computer applications. Provide functional guidance, training, and assistance to staff as needed. + Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements + Handle standards in a fast-paced environment. + Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document. + Respond to inquiries, and complaints, and procedures. + Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED + Ability to meet the requirements of a background check. + Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously. + Good attendance/punctuality + 2-3 years’ experience. + Be familiar with telephone systems and window-based computers.
