You’ll work hands-on with CPI Supervisors, Program Administrators, and Operations Managers providing one-on-one coaching and guiding them through a tailored learning program focused on safety, fidelity, and competency in the Florida Practice Model. The position will include: How will you make and Impact : + Coach and support CPI Supervisors and Program Administrators in real-time investigations. + Deliver24-48 hoursof personalized coaching per participant across a 6-week cycle. + Co-facilitateteam-based fidelity reviewsof closed investigations and provide individualized feedback. + Prepare participants forcompetency-based assessmentsby identifying growth areas and strengthening practice. + Support thefive-day in-person trainingon the Florida Safety Practice Model.
