Position Summary:

 

The person in this position will assist the Children’s Coordinator in the provision of therapeutic childcare service for children from 0 – 3 years old in the daycare.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

Facilitates play activities according to the individualized development/education. Document observations as required by the Children’s Coordinator. Report observations and impressions to the Children’s Coordinator. Ensures the facility is maintained according to DCF regulations at all times. Transportation of children as necessary. Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Foundation Completes all orientation and mandated training activities, including E-Learning Courses, within required timeframes, and in accordance with the criteria established for this  position. Available to support aftercare hours, as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned.
