Join our dynamic team as a Chief Site Supervisor, where you will lead the execution of large and complex multidisciplinary projects in the construction industry. Based in Amsterdam, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while collaborating with a talented team of technicians and third-party personnel.

Role Overview

Supervising and providing operational leadership to chief technicians, technicians, and third-party personnel. Preparing, monitoring, and adjusting the execution schedule. Ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of large/complex (multidisciplinary) projects. Organizing, instructing, and coordinating daily work activities on major project sites. Attending and conducting work meetings. Managing and controlling all project documentation and administrative records. Maintaining contacts with construction partners and subcontractors. Identifying and reporting unsafe situations. Identifying additional or reduced work (variations), issues, and required revisions. Preparing progress reports and coordinating any deviations with management. Performing all other duties arising from the role, including compliance with internal guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Construction Site Management: Proven experience in managing construction sites effectively. Construction Management: Strong background in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Site Assessments: Ability to conduct thorough site assessments to ensure safety and compliance.

Education & Experience

Knowledge: Equivalent to MBO Technical Engineering (Integraal) or Construction/Building Engineering. Courses: Up-to-date job-specific courses relevant to the role #LI-RC6
