Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you’ll oversee the strategic and operational business functions of key service lines. This will include facilities, real estate, and construction projects, marketing needs, food and nutrition services, environmental services, safety and security services, and some clinical services.
You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing business plans, performance goals, and growth of existing and new service lines that directly impact the quality of the environment where our patients receive care. You will build trust in these interactions by learning and leveraging your team's strengths and facilitating and encouraging collaboration.
