CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, **Chief of Staff Office of Knowledge Management (OKM) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Data Engineer, SME** **.** This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Mission Partner CoS OKM, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. _This position is_ _located OCONUS._ **Responsibilities:** + Single point of contact for USAREUR-AF Chief of Staff Office of Knowledge Management (CoS OKM) requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance + Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions for CoS OKM, including support for transition-in + Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the CoS OKM services team, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of CoS OKM requirements + Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet CoS OKM requirements + Bridges the gap between data science and engineering, implementing machine learning models developed by data scientists into production systems + Functions as an expert on Knowledge Management (KM) strategies (e.g., data quality, data taxonomy, and data analytics), technologies (e.g., SharePoint), developing KM artifacts and work products (e.g., SOPs, Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs)), and policy and governance development + Provides technology support required to promote and execute the adoption of data and AI technology, methodologies, and best practices; supports command data and AI initiatives; and facilitates implementation of data and AI capabilities into USAREUR-AF environments + Supports KM planning, theater policy development, and KM that provides trusted data to support faster decision-making + Provides technical advisory services as a subject matter expert for KM software, systems, architectures, and networks and participates in technical working groups, conferences, and knowledge-sharing forums + Applies KM processes to identify knowledge and performance gaps, recommends best practices, and implements solutions + Acts as a liaison among internal USAREUR-AF organizations, external organizations, and KM officers and sections for planning, coordinating, and providing KM-specific training + Develops project plans that identify actions and activates required cost projections and scheduling that include milestones and deliverables + Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments + Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives + Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge + Supervises a team of 6 to 15 personnel **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and have the ability to maintain + BA/BS +13 years recent experience + Certification– 8140 - FITSP-O or GICSP or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or SSCP + Possesses extensive experience in knowledge management, data engineering, and AI implementation, preferably within military or Government settings. + Demonstrates strong leadership skills, capable of developing project plans with cost estimates and schedules, providing technical advisory services, and managing teams and complex projects in high operational tempo environments. + Exhibits expertise in data science, machine learning, and production system integration. + Showcasesproficiency in developing and implementing KM strategies (e.g., data quality, data taxonomy, and data analytics), technologies (e.g., SharePoint), developing KM artifacts and work products (e.g., SOPs, Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs), and training), and policy and governance development. + Excels at bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating adoption of data-driven practices across organizations. + Maintains comprehensive understanding of military operations, policy development, and decision-making processes, preferably within the context of military or Government environments. + Demonstrates mastery of IT project management, knowledge management, SharePoint, and website management within complex government or military environments, with specific expertise in operations. + TESA eligible _Desired:_ + Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs + Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards + Experience with DoD IT security requirements - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
