People. Culture. Execution. Customer Impact. This is how we win. We support this by serving as the connective tissue across functions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and impact.
People - We ensure the right people and resources are in place to deliver CoreAI’s ambitions. This includes supporting hiring, headcount planning, and early-in-career programs; partnering with HR/People Ops on workforce planning, performance, and employee experience; and driving space and resource planning. We manage budgets in partnership with Finance, maintain reporting cadences (quarterly budgets, forecasts, cost allocations), and use data and scenario planning to inform decision-making.
Culture - We bring CoreAI’s values to life by operationalizing culture programs, communication, recognition, engagement surveys, and team events. We design initiatives that reinforce our identity, create belonging, and celebrate success. We listen to the voices of employees, ensuring leadership stays grounded in the experiences of our people.
Execution - We ensure week-over-week progress across product making, story making, value making, and engine making. We do this by making sure actions are well defined, tracked, and unblocked. We have a systematic way of following up on leadership and cross-functional commitments, and we run program management for company-level, cross-cutting initiatives that require disciplined coordination.
Customer Experience - We prioritize the most important customer relationships, ensuring executives are well-prepared for engagements. We manage customer events and partner with the sales teams to deliver impact and capture insights. We follow up on escalations and commitments from executive meetings, driving accountability across functions. We also curate customer stories and feedback to bring into board decks, executive reviews, and strategy offsites, ensuring the customer voice is central to our strategy.
