Role & responsibilities:

 

Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools. Manage client outreach, communication, and follow-up tracking. Coordinate hiring activities with internal recruiters and external agencies. Support finance and internal teams with administrative and operational tasks. Facilitate team coordination and organize internal activities and team events.

 

Candidate requirements:

 

5–10 years of experience in sales operations, business development support, or coordination roles. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales prospecting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. MBA in Marketing, HR, or a related field.
