The Specialty Underwriting & Originations team provides support across the credit card portfolio, including consumer, branded, co-branded, small business, and personal lending. The team is responsible for underwriting and loan origination servicing for both new and existing customers. Their function is central to supporting business objectives during ongoing organizational changes aimed at improving customer experience. The Chief of Staff (Sr Lead Business Execution Consultant) will have responsibilities that include overseeing operational projects and initiatives across all CMSPL products. This position involves ensuring effective execution of deliverables and providing strategic support for ad hoc business needs in a matrixed and fast-paced organizational environment.
