To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **What will you do?** + Trusted Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the EMEA Director of Infrastrusture Solutions Group and his Leadership SLT team. + Decision-Making Support: Assist the EMEA Director in facilitating effective decision-making. + Strategic Planning: Drive the strategic planning process with the executive team, defining ambition and setting priorities. + Performance Tracking: Develop key metric dashboards and analysis to track business performance in EMEA infrastructure solutions business. + Internal Consulting: Provide internal strategic consulting to support EMEA business growth. + Project Coordination: Coordinate the execution of strategic projects and initiatives. + Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in regular meetings with Leadership team members and external third parties (Channel, Customers, OEM Partners, Media) to discuss strategic initiatives and progress. + Interactive Approach: Introduce an interactive conceptual approach for all hands meetings and moderate interactive panel slots. Ensure participants are prepared for executive meetings, including advance distribution of discussion documents, and communicate clear takeaways and actions with relevant stakeholders **What will you bring?** + 5+ years of experience in comparable roles, preferably as Chief of Staff for a similar organization or within the ICT industry + Ability to get access and credibility with senior leaders internally and externally. Familiarity with close collaboration and representing Senior Leaders + Ability to manage a broad level of tasks at the same time, ability to prioritize is key.
