Overview:

The purpose of the Chief of Staff role is to support the General Manager and VP, providing operational oversight, and executive support to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization and the achievement of organizational objectives. This role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage diverse projects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and organizational goals.Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform decision-making.Monitor progress against strategic objectives and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with long-term vision.Special Projects and Initiatives:Lead or participate in special projects, task forces, or committees as assigned by the General Manager & VP.Drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation to address complex challenges.Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and effective communication of outcomes to relevant stakeholders.Operational Management:Support with the preparation of communications.Support with the preparation of key business presentations for business exchanges, international presentations and team offsites.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or science (higher degrees preferred)7-10 years’ experience within the Pharma industry with cross functional experienceSuccessful track record in delivering business outcomes and being collaborative, innovative, analytical, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.Experience of leading and working with the cross functional team, with an effective working relationship with a broad range of stakeholders.Previous project management experience and successful track record of change management implementationStrong strategic problem-solving skills and ability to identify and escalate risks when appropriate.Able to inspire, enable and ensure execution by leading without direct authority.Pragmatic results oriented and able to work under pressure and in a changing and flexible environment.Dynamic, proactive, and flexible personalityExperienced in Pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures.
