Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the finance department in alignment with company objectives, ensuring a robust financial strategy that supports company's' growth plans. Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost optimization. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them, ensuring financial sustainability. Investment and Funding: Lead fundraising efforts, investment analysis, and managing financial assets to drive company growth. Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, maintaining high standards of internal controls and corporate governance. Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring their continuous professional development. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making processes. Taxation: Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Skills: In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance standards. Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and financial strategy. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
