The CFO will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner, guiding the leadership team through growth initiatives, acquisitions, and continued operational excellence.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the ownership structure, the CFO's main duties and responsibilities include the following:

Lead, coach, train and develop a team of 10+ finance professionals.Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and stability.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.Oversee cash flow management and capital allocation.Collaborate with executive leadership to guide business decisions.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.Drive continuous improvement within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant
