The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with 15-20 years of experience, preferably in engineering services, EPC, or oil & gas services, with exposure to project-driven businesses. They should have experience operating in internationally oriented organizations and be comfortable working with global teams, particularly in environments where operations and finance are based in different geographies. The candidate will bring strong commercial finance capability, with the ability to evaluate project economics, contracts, and large engineering engagements. Experience supporting leadership teams in a high-growth environment and helping scale financial processes and governance will be important. The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day finance operations in a mid-sized organization. Exposure to international accounting standards and experience working with banks or financing partners in global businesses will be valuable. Above all, the candidate should be able to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO while building a scalable finance function.

Education
