Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial and accounting strategies aligned with both local regulations and group policies. Ensure timely and accurate reporting: balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions: profitability, liquidity, working capital, and risk. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and compliance culture. Manage external relationships: banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other financial institutions. Represent the company externally in financial and legal matters alongside the executive management.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Timely delivery of statutory and internal reports Accurate annual budget and rolling forecast planning Financial decision support for the Managing Director Compliance with local and international audit/tax requirements Team performance and development management

 

Ideal Profile:

Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership position Previous experience in a multinational setup with P&L responsibility Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments (a strong plus) ACCA / EMBA / other executive-level business training – highly preferred Fluent in English with strong intercultural communication abilities Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills
