Job Description

Management of the Finance Department of the Plant and Sales organization of Continental Tire India. Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and local regulatory requirements. Provide reliable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance. Manage liquidity, funding, and cost efficiency across plant and sales operations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes in alignment with Business Area targets. Facilitate BA plans and their realization in India.

Qualifications

University degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Businesss Administration/ Management or other related disciplines. Min 10 years of experience  in Finance/ Controlling area (Finance, Audit) experience in a multinational company, ideally in both an operational unit and a central controlling function.
