Job DescriptionProvide strategic leadership for company operationsDrive business growth in the Greater China market and explore overseas opportunities for commercialisation via partnershipsLead Business Development strategyUtilise market knowledge to identify new opportunitiesLead and motivate a high-performing teamEnsure regulatory compliance in all business operationsCollaborate with C-Suite to develop and implement business strategiesManage relationships with key stakeholdersRepresent the company at industry events and forumsSupport fundraising effortsThe Successful ApplicantDegree in STEM field with preference in Engineering, Science or MedicalBackground in Research& Development in the beginning of your career is preferredA strong track record of leadership in the Research and Development, Business Development and Partnerships and Commercial function within the Life Science industry, particularly in IVDDeep understanding of both Hong Kong and Mainland China market dynamicsOutstanding strategic thinking and business acumenExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing teamA commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical business practicesLanguage ability: we are looking for talents that are fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and EnglishWhat's on OfferAn attractive salary package in the range of HKD 1,800,000 - HKD 2,200,000A competitive benefits package including base pay, bonus, and equityA permanent role in a well-established company in the Life Science industryA dynamic and supportive work cultureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentOpportunity to be based in Hong Kong dynamic Innovative Life Sciences environment
