We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the AI & Crypto industry.  Ideally you will be based in Vancouver, British Columbia; but we are looking at remote options.

Our mission is to identify, invest in, and scale high-potential businesses within the AI and crypto ecosystems, driving shareholder value through bold vision, technical insight, and operational excellence. 

As we enter our next phase of growth and capital deployment, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, capital markets-savvy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company forward. This role presents a rare opportunity to guide a dynamic public platform at the forefront of two of the most transformative technologies of our time. 

As CEO, you will be the face of the company—responsible for setting strategic priorities, leading capital markets communications, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, and building strategic partnerships within the AI and Web3 sectors. You’ll work closely with the Board of Directors and investors to unlock long-term value and position the company as a category leader in innovation. 

Chief Executive Officer responsibilities: 
Develop and execute a bold corporate vision and growth strategy across the AI and crypto sectors.  Identify, evaluate, and structure investments, acquisitions, and partnerships with high-growth potential.  Lead investor relations, shareholder communications, and capital markets engagement.  Oversee portfolio company performance, strategic direction, and value creation plans.  Maintain strong governance, compliance, and reporting standards as a public issuer.  Build and lead a high-performing executive team with expertise in finance, technology, and operations.  Serve as a thought leader and brand ambassador across media, conferences, and industry networks. 
The successful candidate has:
Experience in the AI/Crypto sector. Experience in a C-Suite strategic position leading teams. 
Compensation and benefits: 
The discussed annual salary is $150,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package. Equity opportunity is available.
