Short DescriptionOversee operation of Boiler Room, including but not limited to
Scheduling 24/7/365 coverage24/7/265 operation of Boiler PlantPerforming and scheduling of all required MaintenancePerforming and scheduling all NJ State required Inspection of Pressure VesselsPressure Vessel licensure renewal / maintenance includes all Boilers (3), Chillers (4)Maintain Inventory and all associated paper work required by State of New Jersey for all pressure vesselsSchedule and “triage” all emergency repairs to Boiler / Chiller Plants on campusFront line supervisor of all licensed stationary engineers (7) ( performance evaluations, etc)Maintain required licensure to operate boiler plant (Blue Seal minimum / Red Seal for supervisor). Gold seal is required within 2 years of hire date assisance with license is provided. Participate in future capital planningAll other duties as required Experience RequiredExtensive HVAC / Chiller Plant experience.
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or relevant Trade School.
License/Certification RequirementsLicense (or Certification): NJ-MAINT Required.
NJ Boiler License (Red Seal Minimum).
