Responsibilities：
Guide the improvement and innovation of the vehicle's road noise performance development system, enhance the team's road noise control capabilities, and tackle key and difficult road noise issues, including:
1. Sort out the development process and system of road noise performance, propose improvement plans based on the actual situation of the company, and guide the improvement;
2. Develop a road noise performance development plan and technical roadmap, conduct systematic training for team members, and enhance the team's NVH performance planning and integration matching capabilities;
3. Conduct technical research on the difficult problems encountered in the development of road noise performance for vehicle models, and improve control methods;
4. Develop a new platform for road noise, balance the performance of various systems, promote the implementation of the plan, and ensure the achievement of goals.

Qualifications：
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major: Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering related majors;
3. Qualifications: Have at least 15 years of development experience in road noise for internationally renowned car companies, responsible for developing no less than 5 mass-produced car models;
4. Skill requirements:
- Solid professional theoretical knowledge,
- Strong ability to combine theory with practice, complete experience in performance development systems,
- Keen insight into industry development direction,
- Rich experience in high-end vehicle road noise development,
- Able to guide our company's road noise integration control capability to new heights.
