Principal responsibilities

Analyzing and interpreting economic developments and key trends in various financial markets and productsConducting bespoke research and analysis, as well as participating in and creating of presentations, conferences, seminarsRepresenting Hang Seng Bank to provide views and interact with internal / external clientsMaking intelligent forecasts major economic variables of the Hong Kong, mainland China and global economiesPromoting the public image of Hang Seng Bank and upkeep the bank image in professional research communityLeading, developing and motivating the leadership team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectivesSetting expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop leaders and others to ensure that they maximise their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities and experienceEstablishing and maintaining a robust and efficient control environment to ensure good operational, financial and project management and compliance
