PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We’re looking for a visionary digital leader to shape and deliver the digital, technology and AI strategy for our Personal Care & Home Care business units across Greater Asia - including Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Japan. In addition you’ll be end-to-end accountable for the national digital & technology strategy for Vietnam and Thailand. As our Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) for Greater Asia, you’ll lead the transformation of how we use technology, data, and AI to power growth, improve efficiency, and create meaningful experiences for our consumers and teams. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior business leaders, ensuring that digital innovation is embedded in everything we do—from product development to customer engagement.

What You Will Do

Lead the Digital Vision: Shape and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy that leverages data, technology, and AI to unlock growth and efficiency.Drive Inclusive Innovation: Ensure digital tools and experiences are designed with user experience and business outcomes at their core— simple, empowering, and impactful for all.Deliver Business Impact: Use data, AI, technology and insights to drive commercial outcomes, working closely with analytics teams to turn opportunities into action.Be a Change Leader: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams Greater Asia through digital transformation, ensuring adoption and engagement across the business. Lead deployment, adoption, and change management initiatives. Engage and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders.Drive the Digital Plans: Manage the delivery plans across multiple workstreams and teams, incorporating user feedback and ensuring iterative impact and ROI  Information Technology Leadership: Oversee IT infrastructure, software development, network architecture and IT support across the region. Ensure cybersecurity, system reliability, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans. Reduce complexity by leveraging existing UniOps solutions and driving decommissioning decisions.Data & Information Management: Own enterprise and BU data governance, including data quality, privacy and compliance. Drive the use of advanced analytics and AI to support business decisions and commercial outcomes. Lead teams to connect data insights with business opportunities. Develop dashboards and insights for real-time business monitoring.Operations Excellence: Streamline and digitize core operational processes, implement workflow automation tools. Drive cost optimization, process efficiency, and operational KPIs. Track benefits to P&L and ensure finance sign-off on value realization.Build Future-Ready Talent: Develop and empower a diverse, high-performing team of direct reports, and indirect reports supporting the markets you’re accountable for

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields10+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Operations, with at least 5 in executive leadershipProven leadership of digital transformation, ideally across multiple countries or business unitsA track record of building inclusive, high-performing teamsExperience partnering closely with commercial, marketing and/or customer-facing leadership, with a deep understanding of business driversExperience with AI, data science, or advanced analytics, and a passion for applying them to real-world challengesExperience managing large-scale change across teams, including adoption and cultural transformationStrong financial acumen, with experience managing technology budgets and optimising for ROI Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organisations, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
