What You'll be doing
\nAs Chief Concierge, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver consistently exceptional guest service that aligns with Hilton’s service vision and values. Your key responsibilities include:
\n\nOverseeing daily concierge, bell, and valet operations\nGreeting and supporting VIPs, long-stay guests, and visitors with warmth and efficiency\nProviding personalised recommendations on local dining, attractions, entertainment, and transport\nHandling guest enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, using Hilton's HEART and Make it Right service recovery models\nCollaborating with the Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless experiences\nMaintaining a strong lobby presence to manage flow, queues, and guest relations\nCoaching, training, and developing the Concierge team to meet service and brand standards\nDriving revenue through transportation, tour bookings, and upselling hotel services\nManaging systems, handovers, reports, and guest records to Hilton standards\nEnsuring safety, WHS compliance, and adherence to brand protocols at all times\n\n\n
What We're Looking For
\n\nPositive attitude and good communication skills\nPrevious experience in a concierge or customer service role (hospitality or similar industry preferred)\nExcellent grooming standards\nA current, valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles (manual driving experience is highly regarded)\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\nA passion for providing exceptional guest service and going above and beyond for guests\nAbility to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment\nFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed\nPrevious valet service experience is highly regarded \nBenefits
