Travel: Frequent International Travel Required to CAIRO, EGYPT

Role Overview

 

The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for driving international growth of sustainable food products. This includes developing and executing commercial strategies, expanding into new markets, and achieving revenue and brand goals globally.

 

 

Accountabilities

 

Define and execute commercial strategy in line with group objectives

Lead international Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams

Oversee category leadership and new product launches

Drive digital, trade, and data-led commercial initiatives

Strengthen relationships with partners and customers

Align commercial efforts with supply chain and R&D

Integrate AI solutions to optimize operations

Build and mentor a high-performance commercial team

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Design strategies for international market entry and growth

Set performance metrics for sales, customer retention, and conversion

Conduct market research to guide positioning and product strategy

Drive sales targets via strategic partnerships and distribution

Lead product portfolio development and regional customization

Ensure market-aligned pricing, promotions, and positioning

Develop pricing models and P&L optimization plans

Lead customer relationship efforts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction

Oversee marketing and lead generation campaigns

Collaborate cross-functionally for commercial alignment

Drive commercial innovation through AI and analytics

Candidate Profile

 

 

Education

 

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

 

 

Experience

 

20+ years in commercial roles, 7+ years in senior leadership

Proven success with sustainable products

Must have experience in agri-food (juices, concentrates, IQF)

Global market experience in US and Europe is required

GCC market experience is a plus
