**Job Summary:**
The Chief Clinical Officer is responsible for strategically guiding all clinical programs, trainings and evidence-based practices throughout the company. The CCO will lead a team of Clinical Directors, guiding the development and execution of the clinical mission. The CCO will also work within the Standards & Compliance team, aligning all clinical work with metrics-driven outcomes to ensure service quality. The CCO will report to the Chief of Standards & Compliance for clinical performance.

**Requirements:**
+ Master’s degree in counseling or social work required
+ 5-7 years leadership and/or supervisory experience required
+ 8-10 years related progressive experience in behavioral healthcare; direct clinical experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse required. **For additional info, apply to this posting today! I look forward to chatting!**
**Pay Details:** $180,000.00 to $195,000.00 per year
