And we’re just getting started. Responsibilities Your Role: Architect of Strategic Growth As Chief Development Officer, you won’t just open doors, you’ll help define our national presence. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to shape market strategy, build powerful public-sector relationships, and win contracts that transform lives and deliver impact at scale. This is more than a sales role, this is a growth engine. What You’ll Do: Lead Armor’s national expansion into new and existing markets across federal, state, county, and ICE detention systems Sell the integrated use of AI-enabled clinical interventions and advanced EMRs that are redefining healthcare delivery in correctional environments Drive strategy and execution for complex, multimillion-dollar government contracts Rebuild and manage a geographically distributed lobbyist network to advance opportunities and influence Represent Armor at high-profile events: conferences, political fundraisers, regional summits, and stakeholder meetings Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are crucial for driving recurring revenue Collaborate directly with the CEO to identify market risks, navigate legal complexities, and protect Armor’s brand in politically sensitive environments Qualifications Qualifications: Highly seasoned executive with 10+ years in business development. • A charismatic relationship-builder with proven credibility. • An excellent closer with a track record of winning complex contracts of $10M+ in annual value • Comfortable operating in high-stakes and legally sensitive environments
