**Job Description**
* An expert user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings who can model and produce drawings with limited supervision having the ability to create content writing in the structural discipline.
* Act as BIM Lead Verifier and authors and ensures compliance with BIM Execution plan and BIM standards.
* Proactively checks and coordinates project BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan
* Independently checks the completeness & accuracy of work created by the team before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
* Initiates coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase
* Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, undertakes appropriate research and develops documentation to support these solutions
* Be the gatekeeper of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.
* Manage submissions and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented.
* Ensure spatial coordination
* Initiates and manages projects in BIM360
* Contribute to AECOM global digital and innovation initiatives
* Guiding and management of junior staff.
* Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlines
* Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity
**Qualifications**
* Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities
* Ability to work on multiple projects at once
* Good technical knowledge of practice line discipline
* Advanced understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines
* Computational skills – Dynamo / Grasshopper / Python
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment
* Develops BIM content based on BIM modelling standards and as outlined in BEP
* Expert knowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes, and general approaches
* Expert knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD
* Advanced technical knowledge of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modelling
* Minimum 12 years’ experience in drawing / modelling of concrete and steel structures.
* Minimum 7 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling
* BIM Qualification / Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering
