The Chicago Regional Office team is looking to fill an immediate opening for a Regional Office Associate. This position is to perform the various office functions to assist regional management in the daily operation of three White Castle regions and to perform any other duties as directed by leadership. What we are looking forHigh School Diploma or GED;Must have 2 years of clerical experience and working knowledge of office operations and equipment;Excellent Microsoft Office skills and exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects;Able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and manage completing tasks in a timely manner;Must be detail oriented while able to communicate a broader message;Good understanding of restaurant operations and their needs.
What you will doAudit Castle payroll weekly for accuracy in an efficient manner for the Chicago, Detroit, and the St. Louis Regions. Confirm terminated team members have documentation in WFM and approve Castle new hires and enter the correct school district codes;Answer the phone or email in a courteous and professional manner providing internal or external customers with memorable service;Audit daily castle cash in Carma (WFM) / ICL Smart safes, including weekly paid outs. Reaching out to the Castles in a timely and efficient manner to reconcile;Work in conjunction with the Castles to ensure all required data for newly hired team members have been entered in WFM;Accurate and timely processing of military, disability, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, sick benefits, FMLA;Work in conjunction with Castles, Equifax and local labor departments. Gather requested documentation in a timely manner and upload to Equifax webpage;Finalize all required applications and send documentation to Castle License & TM ServSafe;Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records. Scan all team member documentation into WFM timely and accurately;Perform any other duties as assigned by manager in a timely and efficient manner.
