What you will do:

1. Closely work with BU, SC and product researchers, be responsible for Instruments Operating with standard SOP or customized method, ensuring analytical result accuracy

2. Method Develpmet, improvement or validation/verification, edit SOPs according to needs

3. Equipment Calibration and Maintenance, be responsible for ensuring equipment is kept in good working order to ensure data integrity of test results

4. Following lab quality process and helping lab quality continuously improve.

5. Consulting sales reps and other researchers in analytical tech.

6. Make sure lab 5S and safety relating task

1. 与业务部门/产品研发/供应链紧密合作, 按作业指导书提供常规测试以及特殊需求的定制化分析测定服务，保证测试数据的准确性, 支持公司大中华区业务发展

2. 根据需要进行分析方法开发/改进，方法验证/确认并修改作业指导书

3. 对相关仪器设备进行日常维护以及简单问题的维修，保证仪器状态良好

4. 遵循实验室质量体系并帮助实验室质量持续提高

5. 为公司销售人员以及产品研发人员提供专业的分析技术咨询

6. 做好实验室5S和安全相关责任

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Over 3 years experienced Master major in Analytical chemistry or Application Chemistry related.

2. Familiar with at least 2 analytical tools such as ICP, IC, UV,TITR,TOC, FIA,

3. Know analytical quality system ISO17025 （CNAS）

4. Self-motived, team work and learning agility

5. Fluent English both in oral and written.

6. Hard working, carefulness and having passion in lab work

1. 分析化学，应用化学等相关专业，硕士毕业3年以上工作经验

2. 具体分析方法开发/改进能力,熟悉ICP, IC, UV,自动滴定仪,TOC仪, FIA等其中2种及以上分析手段

3. 了解ISO17025 (CNAS)质量体系

4. 自我激励并有团队合作精神，敏捷的学习能力

5. 良好的英语听说读写能力

6. 认真、细心、热爱实验室分析工作
