PLS-gesteuerten Produktionsanlagen + Bedienen und Steuern von halb- oder nicht automatisiert betriebenen Anlagen + Warenannahme von Roh- und Hilfsstoffen, Betriebsmitteln und technischen Materialien + Zuordnung der Lieferungen und die Weiterleitung an den/die Warenempfänger*in + Weiterleitung der Eingangspapiere der Rohstofflieferungen (Lieferscheine) an die Disponent*innen + Durchführung der Ein- und Auslagerung von Rohstoffen mit Hilfe von Flurförderfahrzeugen, Transport der Rohstoffe und Materialien innerhalb des Rohstofflagers und Außenlägern + Pflege der Lagerlisten (Rohstoffe und Prozessfilter), Dokumentation der Wareneingänge in SAP + Überwachung der Bestände, der Verbrauchsmaterialien + Logistische Abwicklung der Tankzüge, Durchführung von Betankungsvorgängen + Betreuung der Aggregate und Maschinen in der Ver- und Entsorgung (Rohstofflager G 683) + Bereitstellung der Chemikalien und Verbrauchsmaterialien, Kommissionierung der Roh- und Hilfsstoffe für die Ansatzlösungen + Einwiegen von Wirk- und Hilfsstoffen + Herstellen von Puffer- und Ansatzlösungen + Kalibrieren von Analysenmessstellen + Durchführen von Probenahmen zur Überwachung der Produktqualität und Etikettierung der freigabepflichtigen Roh- und Hilfsstoffen + Reinigung von Apparaten, Behältern und Gerätschaften + Entsorgung: Bereitstellung der leeren Gebinde; Kontrolle und Versandabwicklung der Abfälle + Führen von prozessbegleitender Dokumentation + Einhaltung von GMP-Richtlinien bei der Produktion und der Richtlinien für Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz + Betreuung der Entzinkungsanlage **_Über dich_** **Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung** + Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Chemikant*in + Erfahrung beim Bedienen von Prozessleitsystem + Erlaubnis zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen (Gabelstaplerführerschein) wünschenswert **Soziale Kompetenzen** + Zuverlässigkeit, Konzentrationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit **Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten** + Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in GMP und HSE + Selbständige und sehr gut dokumentierte Arbeitsweise **Pursue** _Progress_ . **Discover** _Extraordinary_ .
