Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $44/hour, DOELocation: Calrsbad, NMWork Schedule: M-F / 40 +Assignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays, Company vehicleMultiple roles available! Responsibilities Collect samples of production fluid as needed for testingTroubleshoot issues and perform maintenance on chemical pumpsDocument and keep track of pending repairs and completed repairs using our app.Troubleshoot production issues such as corrosion, emulsion, paraffin and solidsMonitor production chemical levels and order re-fills as neededFollow along with new wells to see which wells are being called for treatment and for the type of equipmentCoordinate the installation of equipment, and keep all relevant teams involved in the processMaintain a high safety standard for the team and any contracting company we use on site.Maintain frequent communication with the entire Special Services Team, Production Foremen, Engineers and Lease OperatorsPerform flushes and acid treatments on wells and follow along the procedure given to them by the production engineers. And schedule the job out with the chemical vendor and trucking company Qualifications Basic knowledge of production chemicals and their applicationProficiency with all MS Office Suite programs with emphasis on Excel & WordOperational knowledge of SCADA systems (XSPOC or Ignition) preferredDemonstrate leadership as well as verbal and written communication skillsManage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little noticeAbility to self-motivateAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detailMust be physically able to lift >50 lbs and climb ladders/stairwaysHigh School diploma or GED required
