We're looking for a dedicated Chemical Processing Operator to support critical metal finishing processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay: $22-$24/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am until done (Lots of OT) Type of Job: Contract to Permanent Location: (Onsite- Mansfield, TX) **Benefits Offered:** + Medical/dental coverage! + Weekly pay! + 401k and PTO after 6 months! + Great benefit package offered upon conversion! **Chemical Processing Operator Daily Tasks: What you will do:** + Assist with all plating operations: monitor tanks, valves, filters, and chemical baths. + Load/unload parts onto racks and into plating solutions. + Track and support batch progress throughout the day. + Perform visual checks on equipment, solutions, and system performance. + Clean and maintain tanks, dispose of spent baths, and assist with tank stripping. + Communicate with Chemical Process Technicians to maintain bath parameters. + Keep accurate records of tank additions and maintenance tasks. + Report issues (e.g., spills, repairs, quality concerns) to team leads and supervisors. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. + Follow all safety protocols and report incidents or hazards promptly. + Perform additional tasks as directed by department leadership **Chemical Processing Operator Qualifications/Requirements:** + High School diploma or Equivalent + Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs. consistently throughout shift + Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime (including 10-12 hour shifts) + Strong team player with good communication skills We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
